What we hold

Your email address, your business details, the records you enter, and the photos of receipts and invoices you upload. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.

Why

To provide the service you signed up for (contract), and to send deadline reminders you can turn off at any time.

Who processes it for us

Supabase (database and file storage), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (reading receipt and invoice photos), Stripe (payments) and Resend (emails). Some of these may process data outside the UK under approved safeguards.

How long we keep it

HMRC expects business records to be kept for at least 5 years after the 31 January filing deadline. We keep your records while your account is open and delete them within 30 days of you asking us to close it.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted by emailing [email]. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
